  • Any content that endangers or exploits children
  • Impersonation of minors for harmful purposes

We actively work to detect, remove, and prevent such content through:

  • Automated content detection and filtering systems
  • Regular monitoring and review of reported content
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and child safety organizations
  • Compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
  • Regular training and updates for our safety and moderation teams

2. How to Report Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe involves child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.

Reporting Options

1. In-App Reporting

Use the reporting feature within the 12sell application to report suspicious content, users, or behavior. Reports are reviewed by our safety team immediately.

2. Email Reporting

Send a detailed report to our dedicated child safety email address: safety@12sell.app. Include as much information as possible, such as:

  • Screenshots or descriptions of the concerning content
  • User IDs or usernames involved
  • Date and time of the incident
  • Any other relevant details

3. Law Enforcement

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement authorities immediately. Do not wait to report through our platform.

When we receive a report related to child safety concerns, we follow a strict and comprehensive procedure:

Step 1: Immediate Review

All child safety reports are prioritized and reviewed immediately by our dedicated safety team. This review happens within minutes of receiving the report.

Step 2: Content Removal

If the reported content violates our child safety policy, it is immediately removed from our platform. The user account associated with the content may be suspended or permanently banned pending investigation.

Step 3: Investigation

We conduct a thorough investigation of the reported incident, which may include:

  • Reviewing user account history and activity
  • Analyzing content and communications
  • Checking for patterns of concerning behavior
  • Preserving evidence for potential law enforcement involvement

Step 4: Law Enforcement Cooperation

When we identify or receive reports of child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we immediately report it to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including:

  • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
  • Local law enforcement agencies
  • International law enforcement agencies when applicable
  • Relevant child protection organizations

Step 5: User Account Actions

Accounts found to be involved in child exploitation or abuse are permanently banned from our platform. We may also take legal action where appropriate.

Step 6: Documentation and Prevention

We document all reports and actions taken to improve our detection and prevention systems. This helps us better protect children in the future and comply with legal requirements.

  • Reports are handled confidentially by our trained safety team
  • We do not share reporter information unless required by law or with the reporter's explicit consent
