Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use One Two Sell
• The Services are intended for business use. By registering, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business or for commercial purposes

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account (e.g., phone number, business details)
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your business

3. Use of Services

• Create and publish Deals, Showcases, and Tales
• Search and filter business opportunities
• Communicate with other users via chat
• Purchase and spend tokens to boost content visibility

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• Post false or misleading content
• Infringe on the rights of others (including intellectual property)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

4. Tokens and Payments

• Tokens may be purchased in packages and used to boost Deals or Showcases
• Subscriptions may unlock premium features
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or App Store policy
• Payments are processed securely by Apple/Google in-app purchase systems; we do not store payment details

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you create and share (Deals, Showcases, Tales, chat messages)
• By posting content, you grant One Two Sell a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as needed to provide and to promote the Services
• Content you publish publicly may be featured by One Two Sell in marketing and promotional material, including on accounts that One Two Sell operates on third-party platforms such as Instagram. Where we do this, your content is shown under your business name and profile image and remains attributed to you
• This applies only to public content. Private Deals, private Showcases, private lists and chat messages are never used for marketing
• You may ask us to stop featuring your content at any time by contacting support. We will stop within a reasonable period and will remove existing posts where the third-party platform allows it
• You represent that you have the rights to the content you share

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services
• You may delete your account at any time in the app settings

8. Disclaimers

• One Two Sell does not guarantee successful transactions between users. We are a platform for businesses to connect but are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products or services offered
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from user-to-user interactions
